Very cool use of a Tilt-Shift Lens - Van Gogh Goes Tilt-Shift

This is very cool. The tilt-shift lens can be so creative, giving you that “miniature model city” look. I’ve never seen it used to render a 3-D effect to a 2-D image. Cool.
